He is adorable! All my cats always did the same thing with the water. They would put their paws in and then lick the water off their paw. Haha. I love cats, and hopefully, if I live in an apartment, I will be able to get one after going three years without.

Thank you! I live in an apartment and we're not supposed to have cats, but his previous owner was going to just turn him loose outside. I couldn't let that happen.
